Tokyo Metropolitan Government dey push company workers make dem drop suit and tie. Make dem wear t-shirt, trainers, and even shorts.
Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike start "Tokyo Cool Biz" since April. E want make the cool-down plan bigger. E don turn yearly summer tradition wey everybody know.
Now say dem don allow shorts for office almost 4 months, people get mixed feelings.
Some people like am. Dem talk say e dey make work dey comfortable.
But others talk say the rule no fair for women. E no be official law, just office etiquette — but for traditional Japanese office, women still dey expected to wear tights if their clothes show leg.
And some women even talk say dem dey experience "leg hair harassment." For online dem call am "sunehara" — na the wahala of say dem must see their colleague leg hair every day.

"We just want make people get options because of the serious heat. We no dey tell anybody wetin to wear. As long as the work dress no offend anybody.
